Online sales

Tienda Online: Independent purchasing and centralized order management.

Catalog, cart, payments and centralized order management, so the store sells without answering every enquiry by hand.

Tienda Online
01

Context and problem

The company was not selling online. Every step — checking a price, confirming stock, closing the sale — went through someone on the team answering messages.

The goal was opening a web sales channel, with the known risk: a badly planned store adds sales and adds work in equal measure.

02

How we approached it

We defined which part of the process could complete unattended — catalogue, cart, payment — and which still required commercial judgement.

Order management was designed as centralised from the start, to avoid transcribing web orders into another system.

03

What is running now

An owned sales channel, with independent purchasing for the customer and order management in one place for the team.

The company now sells without every transaction depending on a manual reply.
