Context and problem
The platform existed, but the step before it was missing: explaining what it is to someone arriving without knowing it, and guiding them there.
A public site and a platform are often written separately and end up contradicting each other. That was the concrete risk to avoid.
How we approached it
We treated site and platform as one journey, with shared language and logic, so moving between them would not feel like changing product.
We organised public information around what the person needs to resolve, not around the project's internal structure.
What is running now
A digital presence that explains the offer and works as the entry point to the platform.
Site and platform reinforce each other instead of competing for the same explanation.
